Our products will be send from our warehouse in Belgium and is delivered throughout Europe.

Shipping
Our delivery partners are DPD or GLS. Delivery times vary between 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri).

Free Shipping
Your order is sent free throughout Europe from GBP £166.00 (excl. VAT).
Note: We will ship your order after receiving your payment.
You will receive a Track & Trace shipping number from your order directly from our warehouse. This number allows you to track your shipment online.

Returns
If you want to return your order because it doesn´t match your expectations, you must inform us by e-mail, within 7 days of receipt of the item, mentioning order number and the reason for return. You will be responsible for the return cost. If your item is damaged or broken and still under warranty we will pick your item up. For orders of multiple products Dimay will keep 25% of the purchase price. The package should be in the original packaging and needs to include the return form. You will receive the return form from our customer service team. If the form is not included we won´t be able to process your return.
Once we have received the return package and we have verified it, you will receive the amount of your purchase within three working days. The shipping cost of the return shipment are for your own account. You won´t be reimbursed the delivery cost.
