Our warehouses
Our office is in Spain, but to deliver to you quickly we work with warehouses in Germany, Spain and Poland. Your order is therefore often shipped from a warehouse closer to you, so you do not have to wait long.
Returns
Would you like to return something? Then you do not need to send it to Spain. Because our warehouses also store products from other companies, we work with a personal return number so that your return is matched to the right order straight away.
Register your return
Send an email to info@dimay.com with your order number and the product you would like to return.
Receive address and number
We will send you the correct return address and a personal return number.
Ship the parcel
Write the return number clearly on the parcel so the warehouse knows immediately that it is from you.
