What is Dimay?
Dimay is a company that mainly imports LED lighting directly from the factory.

Stock:
All products shown on the website are in stock in our warehouse unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery time:
Delivery times are indicated with the products. In principle, all products will be delivered to you within 2 working days unless otherwise indicated.

To retrieve:
Unfortunately, pickup is not possible because we store our products in an external warehouse, and we don't have any employees working there. We have to create an order through our system, and the external warehouse will then send the orders to the customer.

Corporate account:
If you are a reseller or installer, you can request a company account, click here

Warranty:
The warranty period is indicated with the products.
If you have a broken product, we need the following from you:
At least 2 photos of the product including a photo of the label and a description of the problem.

Carriers:
Our products are shipped by various carriers, depending on the product. We use GLS, DPD, DHL, UPS, and PostNL.

Transport damage:
Once a package is delivered, the customer must check the packaging in the presence of the delivery person.
If the package is damaged, the delivery person should make a note of it, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, you can refuse the package. Products should be inspected for damage within two business days of delivery.
Report damage:
Take at least 2 photos of the product and the carrier's label.
Please email these photos to info@dimay.com , including your order number and a description of the damage.

Return:
The customer has the option to order 1 product as a trial. If the product does not meet the customer's requirements, the product can be returned free of charge.
must be returned in its original packaging within 7 working days.
When ordering multiple products, they will not be taken back.
Products that have been ordered specifically for the customer cannot be returned.
