Delivery

SHIPPING

Each delivery is dispatched from Belgium and/or the Netherlands and is available throughout Europe.
Items are shipped with transport costs previously agreed upon with us.

FREE SHIPPING

For orders over €199.00, we will deliver your items completely free of charge.

DELIVERY TIME

The average delivery time is 2-5 working days, and it is indicated on each product.
Products specifically ordered for a customer or custom-made have a longer delivery time.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

If your products arrive damaged, you must immediately inform the driver and note it on the delivery note.
To process your claim, please send an email to info@ledsdoit.com within 2 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your order number
• The tracking number(s) from DPD or other carriers
• A clear description of the package's contents
• A photo of the outside of the package with the package label visible
• A photo of the opened package taken from above. The contents and internal protective packaging should be clearly visible in this photo
• A photo where the entire item is visible
• A close-up photo of the damage to the item

RETURNS

The customer has the option to request a product as a sample. If the product does not meet the customer's expectations, it can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging.
For orders with multiple products, returns will not be accepted.
