Delivery

Shipping Each delivery departs from Belgium and/or the Netherlands and is shipped throughout Europe. The items are sent at the transport costs that you have agreed upon with us in advance.

Free Shipping For orders of €199.00 or more, we will deliver your items completely free of charge.

Delivery Time The delivery time is an average of 2-5 working days and is indicated for each product. Products that are specially ordered or custom-made for a customer will have a longer delivery time.

Transport Damage If your products do not arrive in good condition, you must report this immediately to the driver and note it on the delivery receipt. To process your damage claim, you must send an email within 2 days of delivery to info@dimay.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The tracking number(s) from DPD or other carriers
  • A clear description of the package contents
  • A photo of the entire outside of the package with the package label
  • A photo of the opened package taken from above, clearly showing the contents and the protective inner packaging
  • A photo showing the entire item
  • A detailed photo of the damage to the item

Returns If you want to return your order because the product does not meet your expectations, you must inform us by email within 7 days of receiving the item, including the order number and the reason for the return. If the product arrived damaged or broken, it falls under the warranty. For a return of multiple products, Dimay retains 25% of the purchase price. The package must be returned in its original packaging with a return form that you have received from our customer service. If the form is not included with the package, we cannot process your return. Once we have received and inspected the returned package, you will receive the purchase amount within three working days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
