Questions

What is Dimay?
Dimay is a company which mainly imports LED lights directly from the factory.

Stock:
All products visible on this site are in stock in our warehouse unless it indicates otherwise.

Delivery
Delivery times are indicated by the products. Normally, our products are delivered within 2 working days unless indicated otherwise.

Pickup:
Pickup is unfortunately not possible because we store our products in an external warehouse and none of our employees work there. We need to create an order through our system and the external warehouse then sends the orders to the customer.

Company account:

Guarantee:
The warranty period is indicated with the products.

Carriers:
Our products are transported with different carriers depending on the product. The carriers we work with are GLS, DPD, DHL, UPS and PostNL.

Damage in transport:
If the package is damaged, the courier should take note if there is major damage to the package, and in extreme cases you can refuses the package.
Products should be checked within 2 working days after delivery for damage etc.

Report the damage:
Take at least 2 photos of the product and the carrier label.
And after, send these photos by Email info@dimay.com indicating your order number and description of the damage.

Returns
The customer has the option of ordering 1 product as a trial. If the product does not meet the customer's requirements, the product can be returned free of charge within 7 working days in its original packaging.
When ordering multiple products, these will not be taken back.
Products which have been specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned.
