LED UFO High Bay 150W – 5000K – 120°

This round LED high bay of 150W delivers 24,000 lumens with an efficiency of 160 lumens per watt. With it you light warehouses, production halls, workshops, distribution centres, sports halls, stables and other high spaces powerfully and evenly.

This high bay contains LEDs and a driver from Philips, a combination known for stable light output and a long lifetime. You use it to replace old metal halide or sodium fittings and cut power consumption considerably, while the room actually becomes brighter.

Light colour and light distribution

The light colour is 5000K daylight white, a fresh and bright light that increases contrast and works well where accurate vision and alertness are important. The beam angle is 120 degrees. As a guideline, this beam suits a mounting height of about 4 to 7 metres. A wide beam gives an even distribution over the floor and walls and is ideal for open halls with a lower ceiling, so you avoid dark spots even with fewer lamps. The colour rendering is higher than CRI 80, so colours, labels and markings remain clearly recognisable.

Housing and installation

The housing is made of cast aluminium with high thermal conductivity, so the LEDs stay cool. The lamp is dustproof and waterproof according to IP65, impact-resistant according to IK08 and works at ambient temperatures from -40 to +60 °C on a mains voltage of 220-240V. The dimensions are Ø308 × 168 mm. You hang the high bay from a hook, chain or steel cable above the work area. Have the electrical connection carried out by a qualified electrician.

Driver and control

The driver is built in and is therefore simply included. You don't need to order a separate driver or power supply: you connect the fitting directly to the 230V mains. This version contains a Philips driver. You switch the lamp with an ordinary switch, a time switch or an external motion detector.

Frequently asked questions

Is the driver included?

Yes. The driver is built into the lamp. You connect the high bay directly to 230V and need no additional power supply.

Which beam angle suits my hall?

As a guideline, choose 120 degrees for a mounting height of about 4 to 7 metres, 90 degrees for about 7 to 12 metres and 60 degrees for about 12 to 15 metres. If in doubt, send us the dimensions of the room and we will gladly make a lighting calculation.

How many lamps do I need?
