Which size LED panel fits my suspended ceiling?

Measure the ceiling tile. A 600 mm grid takes a 60x60 cm panel (or 30x60 and 60x120 cm), and a 625 mm grid takes a 62x62 cm panel.

Can I use an LED panel without a suspended ceiling?

Yes. With a matching surface-mount frame you can fit the panel directly to a solid ceiling. Suitable models can also be suspended with a pendant kit.

Which colour temperature should I choose for an office?

K4000 neutral white is the most popular choice for offices and schools. It gives bright, neutral light that is comfortable for focused work.

What does UGR<19 mean?

UGR (Unified Glare Rating) indicates how much glare a luminaire causes. A value of 19 or lower is the recommended limit for office work and workstations with screens.
