Cable Gland M25×1.5 Nickel-plated Brass – for Explosion-proof Junction Box and LED High Bay

What is it?
This cable gland with M25×1.5 thread is made of nickel-plated brass and is intended for non-armoured cable (single compression). With the gland you feed the supply cable in neatly, clamp it and seal it, so the cable cannot move and no dust or moisture can get in.

Fits
The cable gland belongs to the explosion-proof junction box and the explosion-proof LED high bays of 100W and 200W in our range. You will find the matching products at the bottom of this page.

Installation and use
You screw the gland into an open cable entry, pass the cable through and tighten the gland nut. Always have installations in hazardous areas carried out by a qualified electrician who is familiar with working in ATEX zones.

How many do you need?
You need one cable gland for every cable you feed in. In the explosion-proof junction box that is at most 2: one for the incoming cable and one for the continuing cable.
