DALI LED Panel Driver 40W | Dimmable

With this DALI LED driver of 40W you integrate an LED panel of 40W into a DALI lighting control system and dim the panel.

What is DALI?

DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) is an open standard for lighting control that is widely used in offices, schools and commercial buildings. Each DALI driver can be controlled separately, so you can dim and set scenes per fitting or per group, for example with a DALI wall controller or a building management system. The DALI control line is a separate two-wire connection alongside the mains voltage. Have a DALI installation set up and programmed by an electrician.

What is an LED driver for?

An LED panel does not run directly on 230V, but on a low, constant current. The driver converts the mains voltage into exactly the current the panel needs. That is why it is important that the output current of the driver (in mA) and the power (in W) match the panel. If you replace a driver, check the type plate of the panel or the old driver to see which current and power are needed. If in doubt, send us the article number of your panel and we will help you choose the right driver.
