LED Ceiling Light 18W 100 lm/W

What is it? Ceiling light of 18W in white. With built-in motion sensor: the light switches on automatically when someone moves nearby, and off again after a while. The beam angle is 120°.

What’s included? The LED is built in, so you do not need to buy a lamp. The driver belongs to the light (built in or supplied); you connect the light to the mains (230V). No extra power supply is needed.

Where can you use it? The protection rating is IP54: protected against dust and splashing water. Suitable for indoor use, dusty spaces and sheltered outdoor spots, such as under a canopy. Not suitable for places where it gets fully exposed to a water jet.

Light colour and light output. The light colour is 4000K, neutral white: bright but not cold, ideal for kitchens, offices, shops and workshops. The light output is approx. 1,800 lumen (100 lumen per watt). That is comparable to an old-fashioned incandescent bulb of 100W. The colour rendering is CRI 80.

Installation. The dimensions are 300 × 60 mm. The light is protection class II (double insulated); no earth wire is needed. Have the light connected by a qualified electrician.

How many do you need? For a room, count on roughly 100 to 150 lumen per m² (living spaces) or 300 to 500 lumen per m² (kitchen, workspace).
