LED High Bay 200W ATEX Explosion-Proof – 32,000 Lumen – 5000K

This explosion-proof LED high bay of 200W delivers 32,000 lumens with an efficiency of 160 lumens per watt. The fitting is certified to ATEX and IECEx for zone 1 and 2 (gas) and zone 21 and 22 (dust). This makes it suitable for chemical plants, refineries, spray booths, grain stores, paint stores and other rooms where combustible gases or dust may be present.

In such rooms you may only use lighting that demonstrably cannot become a source of ignition. With this fitting you combine that safety with the low energy costs and long lifetime of LED, so you need to replace lamps less often in an environment where every maintenance job requires extra precautions.

Light colour and light distribution

The light colour is 5000K daylight white, a fresh and bright light that increases contrast and works well where accurate vision and alertness are important. The beam angle of 100 degrees gives a wide, even light distribution in halls and production areas. The colour rendering is higher than CRI 80.

Driver and connection

The driver is built in and is therefore simply included. You don't need to order a separate driver or power supply: you connect the fitting directly to the 230V mains. This version contains a Meanwell driver. This version is not dimmable. The cable is connected via a certified cable gland. Always have the installation in a hazardous zone carried out by an installer qualified for ATEX installations, and choose cable and gland according to the zone classification of your site.

Zone 1 and 2 apply to rooms where explosive gases or vapours can occur, zone 21 and 22 to combustible dust. Zone 1 and 21 are the more demanding zones. This fitting may be used in all of these zones.
