LED UFO High Bay 150W – 22,500 Lumen – 4000K / 5000K – 90° – Sensor Ready

This round LED high bay of 150W delivers 22,500 lumens with an efficiency of 150 lumens per watt. With it you light warehouses, production halls, workshops, distribution centres, sports halls, stables and other high spaces powerfully and evenly.

This version is prepared for a plug-in motion and daylight sensor. With such a sensor the light only comes on when someone is in the room and not enough daylight comes in, so on top of the LED savings you save extra energy in aisles, storage zones and rooms that are not in continuous use.

Light colour and light distribution

With this product you choose the light colour yourself: 4000K neutral white or 5000K daylight white. 4000K is a bright and pleasant working light in which colours look natural, the most popular light colour for workspaces; 5000K is a fresh and bright light that increases contrast and works well where accurate vision and alertness are important. The beam angle is 90 degrees. As a guideline, this beam suits a mounting height of about 7 to 12 metres. A beam of 90 degrees brings the light down in a more concentrated way, so that enough light still reaches the work floor from greater heights. That is the right choice for higher halls and for rooms with racking. The colour rendering is higher than CRI 80, so colours, labels and markings remain clearly recognisable.

Housing and installation

The housing is made of black die-cast aluminium with cooling fins that dissipate the heat of the LEDs well, which benefits the lifetime. The lamp is dustproof and waterproof according to IP65 and impact-resistant according to IK08, and works at ambient temperatures from -40 to +45 °C. This also makes it suitable for dusty production areas, unheated sheds and cold stores. The lamp is supplied with a connection cable of 1 metres. You hang the high bay from a hook, chain or steel cable above the work area. Have the electrical connection carried out by a qualified electrician.

Driver and control

The driver is built in and is therefore simply included. You don't need to order a separate driver or power supply: you connect the fitting directly to the 230V mains. This version contains a Philips driver. The driver is prepared for sensor control: with a plug-in sensor the lamp switches and dims automatically based on motion and daylight.

Options: sensor and remote control

The sensor is an option and you only order it if you want automatic control. There are two plug-in sensors, both with built-in daylight sensor. The PIR motion sensor responds to body heat and movement and is ideal in workshops and canteens where people walk in and out. The microwave motion sensor also responds to small movements and works well in cold rooms and long aisles. With the remote control with display you set the hold time, sensitivity, daylight threshold and standby dim level from the ground, without a ladder or aerial platform. Frequently asked questions

Is the driver included?

Yes. The driver is built into the lamp. You connect the high bay directly to 230V and need no additional power supply.

Which beam angle suits my hall?

As a guideline, choose 120 degrees for a mounting height of about 4 to 7 metres, 90 degrees for about 7 to 12 metres and 60 degrees for about 12 to 15 metres. If in doubt, send us the dimensions of the room and we will gladly make a lighting calculation.

Do I need to order the sensor straight away?

No, the sensor is an option. You can also order it later and plug it into the socket.
